Made it to Diversion reservoir yesterday going up Forby rd from Jordan river. Was pretty easy, just couple spots where the road is half washed out into the valley but no problem for a small truck. Might be a little tight for a full size. Little bit of melting snow but not accumulating there yet.
There's a lot of road named deloume in that area according to google. Are you talking about the one that turns into gravel that is gated? I saw people dirt biking up to the left before that gate.
