All the gates are open so if you go up forestry pool side (scenic) to clay pits personally i hate that way its pot hole hell lol .I will have to make a map i can post with all the different routes going up ..My wife and i may go up to dig some bottles she like that stuff old dump site behind old town sites .....
I can show you the way i am sure you will not find any one on this forum thats been up over and around that mountain LOL my first time was about 1975 the building were still there...... The tailings pond (Clay pits) are toxic still are that is way nothing grows there its not clay its dead earth dirt ..............Let me know it takes me about 15 min to hit the top sicker easy way ..........
