My 05 TJ seems to take more cranking than I'm used to from my Fords but haven't bothered to look into it yet.
If yours starts better if you turn key on than off and on and then start, I would look at fuel as well. If you have an electric pump it should come on and pressurize your system when you turn the key to on. The 2nd time you turn the key on, the system is still pressurized and starts.....just a thought.
This is a huge issue. I know these forest companies think the land is theirs but I'm not sure I agree. To my knowledge it was gifted to them by a past BC government that really had no right to do so. I understand their issue when dumb-asses destroying their equipment but locking the general public out of a HUGE portions of VI is wrong. This has to change.
