Brent, you're welcome to come to Nanaimo anytime, like I said...Sundays are my "Dirt Church" days.

There are 7-8 mines in the area, most have been filled and you cannot get into them but still a neat place to do some exploring and I'd be happy to show you around.

A couple more groups to look into on Facebook

"Outsiders" Great group of people with weekly runs mostly stock friendly and based out of Parksville. Drama free group and IMO one of the best groups in the 4x4 community.

"Dirt Church Vancouver Island" again a lot of stock friendly runs and some more challenging stuff for the modded guys. There are some asshats in the group...including myself.

"Big Diff" this is more of a stock/lightly modified group. There are some asshats in the group...including myself.

If I were you I would stay away from "Sticks N Stones" They carry a lot of drama around with them and are not looked at very fondly in the 4x4 community. Just my personal opinion on this one.

I'm in Nanaimo, I'm out most Sundays.

Let me know if you would like to go out, I could take you into extension. There's some decent exploring to do in that area and could also take you up towards Barsby Lake.

I've already got plans for next Sunday that requires lockers/winch and the possibility of body damage so I'm going to assume you don't want to join in.

Just send me a PM if you want a tour.

Sorry about that, I have dealt with Brad on numerous occasions and he's always done what I have asked weather it was Jeep or not.

I have not dealt with him in almost a year now so maybe he's narrowed his field of work.

He drives a Jeep so his preference is Jeep and that's what his website shows...but he was always "work is work" kind of attitude.
