we missed the rain on the hat for may long weekend. its was a truckers trail ride. boys from caltire showin off thier tires. we were camped at oliphant lake at the second dam. there was 7 trucks in all an 12 guys. it took this many guys to help get all the trucks in. :) pinki wasnt the smallest truck but he was the shortest.
it's a nice hike into there from spectacle lake, too, although in the spring, you have to ford some pretty good creeks
hey guys, i was wondering if any of you knew some decent trails to go wheeling on in victoria?
what way can you get there with trucks? I know there is a way past spectacle lake but that's gated. is there another way around?
through private property people have made their own roads in. theres not much 4x4ing. some quad trails. roads are horribly bumpy. theres nice views. oliphant lake is a great place to swim. short hike from the gate. it took 12 of us to punch our way in and a week later our trail was gone.
