rock crawler with cracked frame and no skills to fix it, any ideas on what its worth or who does this type of work

1993 Toyota 4x4 Pickup
Ive invested over $23000 and have owned it since August 2006 - 3.0 V6, 330 000kms, runs great - very little rust (treated at Krown Rust Control, back half of frame stripped and painted with Tremclad)
-Tilt steering, intermittent wipers, oil pressure guage
