Hi everyone.
I recently acquired a 2003 Mitsubishi Delica L400 SWB. He's a little unusual compared to most of the ones you see zooming (slowly) around the Island -- he has both a body lift and a suspension lift and 33/12.5/15 BFG KO2s as shoes. He can go most places without too much trouble, but a rock climber he ain't.
I haven't been on an FSR or anything yet because, quite frankly, I don't know where to go or what I'm doing. I live in the west end of Langford, so the Sooke and Port Renfrew regions are attractive from an accessibility. Can anyone recommend somewhere to get started that won't be too technically challenging and where I won't get stuck first time out?! I have a copy of Backroad Mapbooks and Gaia.
