Hi All,
I just joined VI Off Road & recently lucked out on a beauty 3rd Gen 4Runner overlander set up.
I'm looking to put some KMs in the new toy by heading up from Victoria to the Cowichan area. Planning on doing some mountain biking at Mt. Tzouhalem while I'm at it. Could anyone recommend some places to camp and/or routes?
Appreciate the shared wisdom as I begin to discover/learn all this Island has to offer, off the beaten path.

Welcome! Nice to see another 4runner around here :) there are a bunch of threads with suggestions of places to explore, and one of the most popular is Hill 60. I believe you can camp there too. I’ve definitely seen some people camping up there.
I mountain bike too, and tzouhalem is one of the best. Also checkout Maple Mountain while you’re in the area. Much less busy, and great trails. Loggers Lane and Solarcoaster is a nice little ride.
