Hey guys, i'm in the Sooke area and would very much like to take my Raptor out for a stroll. I have look around a bit in my region but did not find anything nice to take my truck in without scratching the heck out of it. Anyone know a nice open sand pit or even a power line trail or something in my area? Or a nice mountain road with a nice view up island (Duncan/Nainamo)? Nothing to technical, I'm stock and have no winch. Had the truck since new for 3+ years now, so I know it's capabilities and what not to do :)
Very urban looking wheeling there - hopefully you can get out on the back roads soon :) Try mt prevost in Duncan and do some exploring on the logging roads, or head out past Cowichan lake. Lots to explore and find on our Island. There are stock runs posted every so often that you could join up with as well.

yea welcome to the site! theres definitely lots that you can do with that without scratching it up! it will be mainly logging roads though, as those are wide and easy to get around on, but still lots to see!
