We’re doing the loop through Lake Cowichan and over to Port Renfrew. Stopping at Big Lonely Doug and Avatar Grove. Then heading down to Jordan River to check out Secret Lake. We’ll do more exploring along the way too.
There will be quite a few highway miles, but we’ve got all day and plan to explore as much as we can.

I didn’t see this post until today! Looks like you guys had a beauty day that Sunday! I do want to get back in that area again for sure. Our Sat recon was great and we were just burning around getting the lay of the land. So there is waay more to see out there!

Can't do Saturday, Sunday is the only day I ever have free. Let me know how your trip goes though.
I’d be interested in coming out. 97 4Runner, no lift, stock size duratracs and rear locker. If It’s able to do the trails your thinking I’d come out
I don't know the trails in the area, it will be an exploration run, but im not sure of what there will be.
What time were you thinking?
I prefer an earlier start if possible. Maybe meet up in sooke around 9.
I’d be coming up from Duncan so 9:30-10 would be a bit better

Super fun day up in Sooke. Found some good trails and has lunch at the lake.
