Hey all, was hoping to take advantage of the nice weather this weekend for a trip out Sunday if anyone is interested. Thinking of heading up skutz fall rd and then trying to go inland from there, but always up for new places if anyone has somewhere else they want to go!

How was it last weekend? Did you discover any new and challenging routes?
Unfortunately we didnt have a lot of success, they have started active falling in the skutz falls area, we tried pretty much all the roads we could find but the only way up at the moment is either the power line road or 1 ATV road we found.
That sucks! Did you manage to get to the viewpoint?
We ended up having to turn around Brendan was making it up ok but I couldn't get past one steep part, was a nice mix of mud and ice up there!
No gear to get ya up one part!? Too bad.
That's too bad Justin, you made it up and down the easiest when we went out. Off the top of my head I don't know where you'd winch up it though.
There was no where safe to winch. It was way too loose and steep. Didn't even want to try a tow strap, just wasn't worth it.
I hear that. Add it to the list for dryer weather and you'll be glad you did!
