Hi everyone,
New to the island and the forum. Just finished a winch install on the Bronco and wondered if anybody wanted to go for a trail ride this coming weekend.
Maybe overnight camping too. I don't know my way around all that well. Victoria area would be best.

Nice bronco and welcome to the island.
If you browse these forums you will find lots of camping recommendations, but your best bet is to purchase a backroads mapbook and just get out and explore.
If you have any questions about certain areas on the island, feel free to shoot me a pm.

I am in Victoria and new to the island too. I am just finally getting out to explore and It is an awesome place to go get lost in!
The backroadsmapbook is a great starting point like Jonathon said above!
I will have to get one of those map books. Doesn't help me with the wheeling buddies problem though. I'm also into wrenching if anyone nearby wants a hand. I've been whipping the bronco into shape with all this lockdown crap. Did a rad support and hidden winch over the last few weeks. Getting into the rust in the bed soon.
I don't really do any wheeling, but you're welcome to tag along on a camping trip sometime.
It's probably too late of a notice, but I'm heading to the bamfield area to explore and camp, from tomorrow till Wednesday or Thursday.
That sounds cool. Unfortunately I work Monday through Thursday so I'm basically restricted to camping on weekends. I'm up for day trips to do a bit of wheeling though if anybody wants to go one of these days.
