I was out at Fourth lake and a few other spots yesterday, nice to see it open. Bit of snow in the hills still for anyone wondering.
We were thinking of fourth lake but decided on some other exploration. The snow stopped us a bit but still great to get out.
Pretty sure I saw you up by Shelton Lake? Damn snow, I was in no mood to dig myself out and backed out of there.
I think so! We were stopped at that fork to take a look and it didn't look fun. I got stuck in the snow the week before so we weren't looking for a repeat. Still a nice day. Catch you out there sometime, Nanaimo Lakes is great.
