I am also heading up to San Josef Bay. I'm heading there this month. I'm wondering if there are any jeep trails in the area to any neat spots to check out with the family. Looking at maps/satellite/digital road atlas I'm not seeing much access north of Eric Lake but there's a huge Sitka I'd like to check out plus the old settlement without hiking all the way in.
