I noticed that ICBC wants off road vehicles registered with them. I think its a $48 fee. Would a stock Wrangler need this, or is it just for ATV type vehicles that are only 'off road'?
this would only be for dirt bikes, ATV's, UTV's, ect. If youve got a street legal vehicle you dont have to worry about it at all, good question though!
