any one else off for the x mass season? considering throwing insurance back on the heep, and making some time for shane's rear axle in the near future.
would be nice to make it out for a day of wheeling soon may drag the wife along if we can find a sitter. bit cold for the munchkin in my mind. works been busy xmass party was good time to get some stuff cleaned up and back together.

I should be able too! it runs really nice on the hyway, cant wait to test it with all the upgrades in the front end recently, and thinking I need bead glue and a balancing as well.. we will see. haven't yet I'm being a tight wad. ...

well after an assessment, Shane and I agree his rear end needs to come right out and we need to rebuild both the upper control arm mounts.. fuck. well so much for a quick fix. if you want to come down here would be alright. but I could possibly adventure up there too! need to get out and do something!
I'm not going to be able to make the trip South, I'm still running on a damaged rim so I think I want to stay closer to home. Let me know if you're going to come North and I'll meet up with you and show you some trails
Im gonna try to get this shimmy out of my front end, think its my tire, gonna swap it in back, and see. Not getting any death wobble but i can feel it shimmying now... Will keep you up to date.
Well I thought my new rim came in today but apparently the guys at Kal-Tire don't know the difference between 5 spoke 0 offset and a 6 spoke with 10 offset even though I sent the guy a picture of the rim I need. FML.
Man, all you guys and your endless broken stuff haha. Although I guess if I actually got off my ass and wheeled once and a while I would break things too

Unfortunately I'm on a weekend work schedule this month, so thats where I'll be tomorrow. In January my schedule goes back to weekdays again so my weekends will be free. Between school and work I haven't been out wheeling in months, so I'd love to get out there lots in the new year. Got a winch installed like 2 months ago and haven't even used it yet! Wtf
got out to in behind the beach estates picked up two of my buddies and drug them out. had water over the hood. was playing on the rocks and in the tight trails. got a little fucked up and smashed my back hatch in a little. FFS found some cool trails that were pretty virgin, think one person was out there before. pretty sweeet
and at the end of the day the way home there was a pole across the road and hyrdo crews on the scene so we had to wait.
OUT behind shenanigan for boxing day was nice and quiet met one other jeeper a couple quaders and a dirtbiker besides the three wheelers in our group, no pictures but damn it was good. lost pressure in one tire that was a problem x mass night. and fired up the OBA to actually remove the tire and clean and seat the bead after getting adequate pressure in it the tire seamed to hold well.
fack went out again today cause my bros wife was all butt-hurt over something or other.. man I love living minutes from some sick trails... loads of hikers out also enjoying the wonderful holidays were having also a couple on quads crusing through the bush.
another adventure in the woods got fucked up in some trees in the dark and dented the tub with the cb antena mount.... FML
the next morning little brother had grasshopper out immediately went Hercules into a cross-ditch over some stumps and stripped his spyder gears/ ring gear up front.. and then wanted to continue through cause 4x4 was still sorta working so that turned into a bit of a shit show.... then brother joe decided to take the war-pig into this ditch after we got grasshopper out ... so in trying to position myself for a pull i got all fucked up and slid into a stump and dented the tub AGAIN!! FML twice in 24 hrs god damn I need to Finnish my rock sliders and bumpers and tap those dents out.. might need a set of rear quarter armor to make it look clean again.. probably move my fuel filler neck to the TJ spot and move my CB mount lower so its more protected from trail rash..
well got into taking the busted burf out.. yum yum
