Safe travels! I'm headed that way in August, looks an amazing area and I can't wait to explore it! Keep us posted with pictures when you can!
I think the BC overland Expo is happening this coming weekend. Looks like a sweet event with tons of courses and trail rides. Check it out if your in that area. http://www.bcoverlandrally.com
I poked my head in there this weekend. Passed a jeep on the way out that didn't try the washouts, and a full size that was parked before the first wash.
I will say they look way worse then they actually are, my stock Tacoma scrapped the exhaust a little on a rock passing the first wash, (it's stated as the 2 worst one, but I think the others were easier!)
The 2 and 3'd were only off camber and I'm glad they roll you away from the cliff edge!
Walked out on a couple of the dams as well while we were back there, but unfortunately due to time constraints we didn't make it past the second resi. But I will be going back and pokeing around a bit!
Welcome Jay! Hopefully you can get your rig out here with no problems, I doubt icbc will be that bad to deal with. This site has been amazing for me. Everyone here is really helpful and supportive, you won't have anyone telling you your an idiot or moron here. (Unless you do something REALLY stupid.... )
The plane crash is a pretty cool place. I was up there this winter, but didn't actually get to see the crash due to snow cover. Road is still in very good shape up to it, and the snowpack should have receded far enough by now.

even a beefed up set of loading ramps would work.
