Like was said above, thats a big truck! And pretty much all the trails you see in the pictures were at one point less that 8 ft wide or was a quad trail.... you stick to the loggin roads maybe take it to the slag piles and claypitts in dunan but otherwise you probably wont have much for takers on leading you around being that any group with you will be stuck to the larger easier path. Also none of us would be able to tug that thing out once stuck without possibly causing damage to our own rigs. Hope you find someone to take you out, as of last week my rig is going under the knife.
Unless the taper in that split ring in the bottom of the knuckle (yolk) is worn out i wouldnt worry about it.. if you must get it out due to it being worn... then loads of penatrant a vise a drift and a hammer should be alle to walk it out.. possibly need heat aswell.
Barb, where are you and do you still have the bj press. Its shouldnt be too big. They are usually one size and have different cups for each bj size. Also confuzed about steering yoke, looks like you are talking about a tie rod end? Might be able to help or advise you. Leave me a numer and an address and could try to stop by today.
Well issues I am havi g this week include either loose wheel bearrings or worn trunions. A really shitty phb angle. Some electrical issues and dun dada Heat soaking of the fuel rail... she is going back under the knife! Getting a new PHB and mounts! An eaxughst heat shield and fuel rail heat shield along with slightly larger injectors. And I will finally break down and but the proper socket for toyota front wheel bearrings and set them up proper! Sould drive like a new jeep after all that! Be about a month or two! Will see! Pending funds.. looks like I will be gojng back to work so funds wont be so much of an issue
You can stuff GC cv axles in there for 70 bucks a piece! And they are stout! Buddy was trying to blow them up on a bush beater and couldnt.. just a thought
