Last outing I blew the center pin out of my front locker, ended up damaging locker housing (No big deal) and the pinion gear.(Bigger deal)
I currently have a Dana30 carrier with a Spartan locker for sale $100.00
The locker will come with a new center pin installed and as you can see the housing as had a chunk taken out but still functions as it should.
I don't have a similar vehicle but mine weighs approx. 3200lbs and I run mine at 10psi on the trails and 22 on the street.
The 3.4l V6 4WD Xtracab 4ECT weighs approx. 3600lbs so 20psi would be a good place to start and should have zero issues driving on the street at that pressure.
You offer some great information in your posts and are obviously knowledgeable on this topic, thanks for sharing....you mind if I ask what your back ground is?
Don't feel obligated to answer, I'm just curious as you've offered up much more information than what the standard regulation offer.
A.J. Forsythe (you will have to buy full lengths)
Metal supermarkets (They will sell off cuts and are a little cheaper)
Northwest Fab (their lengths are random lengths and pretty pricey)
I've never shopped at Wilkinson
Karnage Fab
C.R. Metal Fab
GEM fabrication
Those are just a few.
I would be interested in getting into a group buy...also have another guy that would be interested.
both good for 100'

Well I haven't posted in this thread in awhile, but not for the lack of going out.
Here are a few pics from my last couple outings.
I would drop them to 20psi and go from there.
